Hi, I’m Emma — mum of two, avid coffee drinker, and the person behind aisle & ink. Based in Carlisle, Cumbria, I am very lucky to have the stunning backdrop of the Lake District on my doorstep.

When I’m not juggling family life or designing stationery, you’ll usually find me out on a walk with a podcast in my ears… or tucked up by the fire with a packet of M&S chocolate digestives (elite choice, obviously).

I started my wedding stationery business because I’ve always loved the quieter, meaningful details — the ones that set the tone before the day even begins. Invitations aren’t just paper to me; they’re the first glimpse your guests get of what’s to come, and I genuinely love helping couples bring that feeling to life.

I also know how quickly wedding costs can add up, which is why creating thoughtfully designed, budget-friendly stationery is at the heart of what I do. Beautiful doesn’t have to mean over-the-top or overpriced — and I’m all about helping you get something you truly love, without stretching your budget further than it needs to go.
